You may cancel your order before it is shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled — you may initiate a return instead after delivery.
To cancel an order:
Orders can be cancelled while they are in "Pending" or "Confirmed" status. Orders that are already packed, shipped, or out for delivery cannot be cancelled.
Prepaid Orders: Full refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
COD Orders: No refund is necessary as no payment was collected.
AKVRIX reserves the right to cancel an order in case of: stock unavailability, pricing errors, suspicious or fraudulent activity, or inability to deliver to the specified address. In such cases, you will be notified and a full refund will be processed.
